Your General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the location.

They:

  • Lead the team and culture

  • Own daily operations and execution

  • Track KPIs, performance, and profitability

  • Ensure systems are followed and continuously improved

This is typically a high-performing Assistant Manager from:

  • Quick service restaurants

  • Fitness or hospitality

  • Retail operations

Compensation Guideline:

  • Base: ~$10,500/month

  • Plus: Profit-sharing incentives tied to performance

Assistant GM & Golf Director

The Experience Leader

This role ensures that every customer has a world-class golf and in-facility experience.

They:

  • Oversee simulator usage and golf experience

  • Support daily operations and team leadership

  • Act as second-in-command to the GM

Compensation Guideline:

  • Base: ~$7,000/month

Director of Business Development

The Revenue Driver

This role is focused on growth, memberships, and engagement.

They:

  • Drive Founders Club and Membership sales

  • Run promotions, contests, and events

  • Build relationships with local businesses and partners

  • Keep the facility active, full, and thriving

👉 This is your top-line growth engine inside the location.

Compensation Guideline:

  • Base: ~$7,000/month

Director of Food & Beverage

The Speed & Quality Specialist

This role ensures that every food and beverage interaction is:

They:

  • Oversee kitchen and service execution

  • Maintain food quality and speed standards

  • Manage inventory and efficiency

Team Members

Behind your leadership team is a group of high-energy, customer-focused team members who bring the experience to life.

A typical location includes:

  • 15 to 25 team members

  • Coverage across ~80+ operating hours per week

  • Up to 6 team members on shift at peak times
