Candidates may then schedule a conversation with the Founders to:

- ask questions;

- explore territory opportunities; &

- better understand the strategic direction of the company.

Stage Three - Access To Data & Proforma Models

Qualified candidates may then receive access to:

- detailed proforma templates;

- operating assumptions;

- construction budget frameworks;

- operational cost structures; &

- additional due diligence materials.

The objective is to provide candidates with the information necessary to properly evaluate the opportunity.

You'll need to take the template in the "Numbers" section, modify it, and share it with us, to help us better understand your mastery of the business model.

Stage Four - Discovery Day

Qualified candidates may be invited to participate in a:

Discovery Day™

This is designed as an open and transparent conversation about:

- the expectations;

- the challenges; &

- the long-term vision.

Our goal is to create:

clarity and alignment before moving forward together.

This is done over zoom and takes most of an entire day. It includes meeting our senior team, advisors, and more. You also receive our Franchise Disclosure Document at that time.

Stage Five - Application & Territory Alignment

The final stage includes:

- formal application review;

- territory alignment discussions;

- development planning; &

- partnership evaluation.

This stage is designed to ensure:

- mutual fit;

- strategic alignment; &

- long-term growth potential.

Protected territories and development schedules are finalized during this process.
