“possibly the most advanced start-up in franchise history”

Based on our internal market analysis, we believe a Links Golf Cafe location may be capable of flourishing within a population base of approximately:
100,000 people
However, rather than limiting Area Developers to territories that small, we intentionally structured our protected territory model much larger.
Standard Protected Territory Structure
For standard Area Development territories, Links Golf Cafe is generally targeting approximately:
250,000 population per protected territory.
This represents more than double our estimated minimum population threshold for a successful location.
The objective is to provide:
- additional growth flexibility;
- long-term market opportunity;
- stronger expansion potential; &
- reduced territorial compression.
Many franchise systems eventually become:
❌ overcrowded
❌ over-fragmented
❌ territorially compressed
This can create:
internal competition;
reduced growth opportunity; &
long-term operational frustration.
Links Golf Cafe is intentionally taking a different approach.
We believe:
healthy territorial spacing creates healthier long-term growth.

Many of the territories being targeted by Links Golf Cafe also benefit from:
strong suburban growth;
population migration;
increasing golf participation;
expanding professional communities; &
rising demand for social entertainment experiences.
This creates additional opportunity for Area Developers to benefit from:
long-term regional economic growth trends.
The objective of the Links Golf Cafe Territory Structure & Protection Model™ is not simply:
“assign territory.”
The goal is to create:
scalable, protected, long-term regional growth opportunities
that provide Area Developers with:
room to grow;
operational leverage; &
meaningful expansion potential over time.
That is the philosophy behind:
Territory Structure & Protection
