Build and scale multiple Links Golf Cafe locations throughout the region.
This region represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities within the Links Golf Cafe ecosystem.
With strong population growth, golf participation, business expansion, and increasing demand for premium social entertainment experiences, the region is well-positioned for multi-unit development.
Area Developers in this region may have the opportunity to develop:
- multiple Links Golf Cafe locations;
- protected growth territories; &
- long-term regional expansion opportunities.
Links Golf Cafe Area Development opportunities are structured around protected multi-unit development territories.
Depending on the size and structure of the territory, Area Developers may receive the opportunity to develop approximately 4 to 10 locations within the designated region.
Initial Area Development Investment
The initial Area Development investment is calculated as:
Number Of Reserved Territories × $45,000 ÷ 2
This creates an initial Area Development investment range of approximately $90,000 to $225,000 plus the investment associated with building the first location, depending on territory size and development scope.
Per-Location Franchise Investment
After The First Location Is Built
As each location is opened according to the mutually agreed development schedule $22,500 is applied per location at the time each subsequent location opens.
This structure is intentionally designed to:
- support phased growth;
- align expansion with operational development; &
- create scalable expansion opportunities.
Early Adopter Bonuses
The first five Area Development Agreements awarded may receive additional strategic benefits, including:
- expanded protected territory rights; &
- equity participation in the Links Golf Cafe Franchisor Team Headquarters.
This creates additional alignment and long-term upside between Area Developers and the broader Links Golf Cafe ecosystem.
Area Developers Receive Access To:
- protected area development rights;
- the Links Golf Cafe AI Revenue Operating System™;
- branding and operating systems;
- training and onboarding systems;
- centralized technology infrastructure;
- marketing systems and launch support;
- sponsorship and strategic alliance systems; &
